10) The owner shall keep a report detailing use of the home by recording the full <br /> name, address, phone number and vehicle license number of adult guests using <br /> the property. A copy of the report shall be provided to the City upon request <br /> Suspension or Revocation of Short Term Rental License <br /> Evidence for violation may be gathered at any time and is considered admissible <br /> evidence for suspension/revocation of license when collected from rental website <br /> information, neighborhood complaints, photographic evidence, or other means of <br /> collection. <br /> In addition to any other penalty authorized by law, a short term rental license may be <br /> suspended or revoked if the Zoning Administrator finds by competent, material, and <br /> substantial evidence and after written notice af the charges to the property owner and <br /> an opportunity to be heard, that the licens�e or his or her agents or employees has or <br /> have violated, or failed to fulfill, the requirements of this Ordinance. <br /> Upon finding that a permittee has violated a provisior� of this section, this Ordinance, or <br /> the City of Pequot Lakes Code, the City may revoke the annual short-term rental <br /> license/permit as listed below. Prior to such revocation, the committee staff shall mail <br /> written notice to request a hearing regarding such revocation before the Zoning Board. <br /> Failure to request such a hearing shall constitute waiver of the right to be heard on such <br /> revocation. If a time(y request for a hearing is received, the Board shall hold a hearing <br /> at a regular meeting, provide the permitee an opportunity to be heard, and shall then act <br /> on whether to revoke the annual short-term vacation rental permit as listed below. Second <br /> violation is also punishable by $500 fine. <br /> 3) Upon a finding by the Zoning Administrator of a Third violation within any twelve (12) li <br /> month period, the short term rental license shall be revoked and the property owner or <br /> Managing agency or Agent who had been issued the short term rental license shall not ' <br /> again be issued a short term rental license for a period of twenty-four(24) months and <br /> during said time the premises shall not be utilized for a short term rental. Third violation <br /> is also punishable by $1000 fine. � <br />
