City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes_ <br />May 4, 2010 <br />Virgil Dahl <br />3952 County Road 17 <br />Pequot Lakes, MN 56472 <br />Re: Letter of Agreement <br />PIN: 290102404AA0009 <br />Dear Mr. Dahl: <br />Thank you for working with us to resolve the concerns that the City has had with your <br />property. <br />PART ONE: <br />As we discussed with Chief Braam when we visited you April 15, 2010, we agreed to the <br />following: <br />1. Construction of the lean -to on the "sleeper cabin" to store your pickup and lawn <br />mower could be completed, including wood siding to match the cabin; <br />2. The privacy fences will be permanently removed; <br />3. The City Code allows one (1) recreational vehicle; all recreational vehicles and <br />campers in excess of one (1) will be permanently removed; <br />4. All items currently stored out in the open shall be permanently removed and <br />disposed of; <br />5. There shall be no further accumulation of refuse and debris on these premises; <br />6. There shall be no items stored out in the open that are visible from public right -of- <br />way. <br />7. Permanently removed means removed from the premises, not moved to another <br />location on the premises. <br />Removal of all refuse, debris, fences, recreational vehicles and other items stored <br />outside shall be completed by no later than June 15, 2010. Failure to do so by June <br />15, 2010 shall prompt the City to take more aggressive action.
