Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently worldng on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl —This property was abated September 2�, 2018. (�0/06 to <br /> present) <br /> ➢ John and Barbara Derksen— E.xterior storage. Mr. Derksen has brought this <br /> property into compliance except for the snowmobiles. (5/�3) <br /> ➢ Cathi McBryde— Fxterior storage. Enforcement has begun. (5/�3) <br /> ➢ Carter McAnnich— F.xterior storage and abandoned vehicles. This property <br /> has been declared a public nuisance; items remain that need to be removed. <br /> Enforcement will continue. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Diane Koval — Exterior storage. Enforcement has begun.
