CONCERNS BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC CAN BE ADDRESSED. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding increased traffic pattems, pedestrian <br /> safety, parking concems, and the impact of the removal of a segment of <br /> Patriot Avenue. <br /> ON A ROLL CALL VOTE: COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON —AYE; <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA—AYE; COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON <br /> — NAY; COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON — NAY; MAYOR ADAMS— NAY. <br /> MOTION FAILED 2-3. <br /> D. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City <br /> Staff is currently worldng on the following potential violations/enforcement <br /> actions. We will report on each of these each month until they are resolved to the <br /> satisfaction of the Planning Commission. <br /> ➢ Virgil Dahl —This property was abated September 2�, 2018. (�0/06 to <br /> present) <br /> ➢ John and Barbara Derksen— E.xterior storage. Mr. Derksen has brought this <br /> property into compliance except for the snowmobiles. (5/�3) <br /> ➢ Cathi McBryde— Fxterior storage. Enforcement has begun. (5/�3) <br /> ➢ Carter McAnnich— F.xterior storage and abandoned vehicles. This property <br /> has been declared a public nuisance; items remain that need to be removed. <br /> Enforcement will continue. (5/13) <br /> ➢ Diane Koval — Exterior storage. Enforcement has begun. (4/i6) <br /> ➢ Robert Swenson—The City Council declared this property a public nuisance <br /> and the mobile home, garage,breezeway and deck with hot tub must be <br /> removed by August i5. This enforcement has gone to the next level. (6/16) <br /> ➢ Steven&Pamela Cheney— Non-permitted Use. (3/��) <br /> ➢ Timothy&Kristi Crist— Exterior Storage and Lawn. On May 3i, 2oi8 Mr. <br /> Christ invited Staff onto his property on Pine Street and explained his plans <br /> to remove the exterior storage.
