City Council Minutes <br />June 1, 2010 <br />Page 4 of 9 <br />-------------------------- - - - - -- <br />MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER MALECHA MOVED TO PUBLISH A <br />SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE 10 -07 RELATING TO THE LARGE <br />RESORT OVERLAY ZONE. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD <br />SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />7. Fire Chief Report <br />Report received by Council. <br />8. Police Chief Monthly Report <br />Report received by Council. <br />9. Public Works <br />Report received by Council. <br />9.1. Stop Sign Resolution for Lilac Street and Pillsbury Street <br />Mike Loven requested the Council to adopt a resolution authorizing <br />the installation of a stop sign at the intersection of North Lilac Street <br />and Pillsbury Street. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ADOPT <br />RESOLUTION 10 -15 AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF A <br />STOP SIGN AT THE INTERSECTION OF NORTH LILAC <br />STREET AND PILLSBURY STREET. COUNCIL MEMBER <br />NAGEL SECONDED THE MOTION. <br />Council Member Ryan stated that he was not aware of the road <br />going out of SuperValu and he thought that if the road was put in it <br />would put the developer in violation of the impervious coverage <br />requirement. Tim Houle said that the last version of the Developer's <br />Agreement that he saw showed that there was enough pervious <br />coverage for the roadway. <br />MOTION CARRIED 5 -0. <br />10.
