C3ur proposal is based on our recent site visit <br /> and knowledge of the exiating system. We offer the following for your review and <br /> consideration. <br /> Water Treatment Plant <br /> We propose to replace the back panel in the e�cisting filter control penel located in the control <br /> room with a new back panel. All components will be replace�i�d a new Allen Bradley <br /> Compact Logix PLC will be utilized A network switch will be added and a new Allen Bradley <br /> Operator Interface Terminal will be installed. <br /> A new personal computer will be provided,and tb.e existing Wonderware HMI Soflwaze will be <br /> ttpgraded to the latest version. A UPS will be provided for the new computer work starion,a <br /> network switch and fire wall will be installed for remote access and trouble shooting. A new <br /> automatic telephone dialer will be installed and configured for critical alarms. Existing gaphic <br /> screens will be duplicated and perform exactly as the existing system. New operatar interface <br /> terminal screens will be developed aad the OIT will serve as a back up should the HMI computer <br /> not be in service. <br /> We propose to replace the existing Allen Bradley 5LC PLC in the water plant control panel <br /> located in the filter room with Allen Bradley remote UO. A new ethernet switch wi.11 be installed <br /> for communication to the main PLC. A new UPS will be installed in the existing panel. A new <br /> , ethernet radio will be installed in the existing panel and new antenna,cable,and connectors will <br /> provided and installed The main PLC in the control room will be utilized to perform all control <br /> 4 �unctioris and be programed to control t�re water treatment plant. <br /> Water Tower <br /> We propose to provide a new back panel to be installed in the existing control panel at the water <br /> tower. The new back panel will have all new components and will include a new ethernet radio <br /> and network switch New antenna,cable,connectors will be provided and inatalled <br /> . , . , . . <br />
