Mr. Houle further noted that the <br /> Rasmussen Road Study Committee will be reconvening now that the road <br /> specifications process has been completed. <br /> Council Member Swanson questioned if community members who own <br /> property along Rasmussen Road should be a part of the Committee. Tim <br /> Houle noted that the Cit�r needs to get to a certain point in the study before <br /> public feedback can be gathered as information must first be provided. <br /> 9.3. Akerson Road Overlav <br /> Mike Loven explained that Akerson Road is currently at the top of the <br /> City's street criteria pavement conditio�i rating list and is in need of an <br /> overlay from County Road 112 to Evenson Road. Mr. Loven obtained <br /> quotes from Anderson Brothers Construction Company of Brainerd and <br /> Tri-City Paving and recommended the City accept the lower quote from <br /> Anderson Brothers Construction of Brainerd for this Project. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LbUKOTA MOVED TO ACCEPT THE QUOTE � <br /> FROM ANDERSON BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION OF BRAINERD IN <br /> THE AMOUNT OF $80,530 TO OVERLAY AKERSON ROAD FROM <br /> COUNTY ROAD 112 TO EYENSON ROAD TO BE PAID FROM THE <br /> ROADS AND STREETS CAPITAL OUTLAY($60,000) AND CAPITAL <br /> OUTLAY CARRYOVER ($20,530) BUDGETS. MAYOR ADAMS � <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. ON A ROLL CALL VOTE — COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER AKERSON ABSTAINED, COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA �� <br /> AYE, COUNCIL MEMBER PEDER�ON AYE, COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SWANSON AYE, MAYOR ADAMS AYE. Utilities and Roadwav Extensions Studv <br /> Nancy Malecha noted that the Economic Development Commission is <br /> recommending the Council proceed with a cost study of expanding the <br /> streets and infrastructure to the 80+ acres south of the Business Park. <br /> Widseth Smith Nolting provided a quote in the amount of$6,900 to <br /> perform this study which will provide information for the EDC to continue <br />
