City Council Minutes <br /> May 1, 2018 <br /> Page 4 of 7 <br /> ----------------------------- <br /> permitted the Planning Commission is unanimously recommending a <br /> revision to the land use matrix as presented. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO APPROVE ORDINANCE <br /> 18-05 AMENDING SECTION 17-3.2 DEFINITIONS AND SECTION 17- <br /> 5.16 LAND USE MATRIX. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-1. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER LOUKOTA OPPOSED. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO AUTHORIZE THE <br /> SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE 18-05. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5-0. <br /> 7. Fire Report <br /> The March 2018 Fire Department Operations Report was received by <br /> Council. <br /> 8. Police Report <br /> The March 2018 Police Department Monthly Report was received by <br /> Council. <br /> 9. Public Works Report <br /> The April 2018 WaterlWastewater Report was received by Council. <br /> 9.1 Maintenance Facilitv Update <br /> Tim Houle informed the Council that earthwork for the maintenance facility <br /> project will be occurring by the end of this week. <br /> Council Member Swanson inquired as to the completion date of this <br /> project. Mr. Houle noted that the anticipated completion date will be by <br /> the end of September but it is weather dependent. <br /> 9.2. Road Specification Classifications & Rasmussen Road Studv Updates <br /> Tim Houle informed the Council on the road specification classifications <br /> and Rasmussen Road study. Mr. Houle explained that the Road <br /> Specification Committee will bring forth a recommendation at the June <br /> City Council Meeting for a combination of tools for the City to utilize as <br /> road specification guidelines.
