Final Plat of Charliewood COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 18- 15 APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF CHARLIEWOOD. COUNCIL MEMBER PEDERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0. 6.3. Ordinance Amendment Re�arding Exterior Maintenance and Exterior Storaqe Dawn Bittner clarified Mr. Czech's inquiry that the rear lot for a lake lot would not be the lake side. Ms. Bittner noted the following corrections to the ordinance amendment presented. • Section 17-7.5, D. — should state 7 days instead of 21 days. • Section 17-7.5, D.(2)—should state 7 days instead of 21 days.
