Police Department Reaort <br /> The February 2018 Police Department Report was received by Council. <br /> 8.1 Resolution Approvina Master Subscriber Ac�reement <br /> Nancy Malecha presented Resolution 18-13 to approve the Master <br /> Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota Govemmental Agencies. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 18- <br /> 13 APPROVING MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT FOR <br /> MINNESOTA GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES. COUNCIL MEMBER <br /> SWANSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0 <br /> 9. Public Works <br /> The March 2018 Water/Wastewater Report was received by Council. <br /> 9.1. Countv State Aid HiAhwav 17 (CSAH 17) Establishment Resolution <br /> Nancy Malecha noted the City of Pequot Lakes, Crow Wing County and <br /> MnDOT are beginning the roads turnback process for Patriot Avenue (TH <br /> 371), Main Street (CSAH11), and Rasmussen Road (County Road 112). <br /> Ms. Malecha explained in order for Patriot Avenue to be tumed over to the <br /> City from the County and MnDOT, the County must first establish the <br /> alignment of Patriot Avenue as a County Road. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 18- <br /> 12 CONCURRING WITH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF COUNTY STATE <br /> AID HIGHWAY 17. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0 <br /> 9.2. Maintenance Facilitv Proiect Update <br /> Tim Houle stated there was a preconstruction meeting at the end of last <br /> month and the contractor will be submitting a schedule to Widseth Smith <br /> Nolting Mr. Houle added a start date has not been established yet due to <br /> the weather conditions and possible delay of road restrictions. <br /> 10. Administration <br /> The following items were received by Council. <br />
