COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA <br /> SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-1. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER AKERSON OPPOSED. ' <br /> 9.2. Shared Roads Plan — North Sluetter Road Quote ' <br /> Council discussion ensued regarding the bid received from Anderson <br /> Brothers for the paving of North Sluetter Road as is, what the next step <br /> should be in this process, road widths and specifications, street standards, <br /> speed limits and how the project will be funded. The Council instructed <br /> Maury Graham to take the bid to the residents on North Sluetter Road for <br /> discussion and bring back a proposal for Council consideration for the <br /> 2019 Budget. <br /> 9.3. Rasmussen Road Improvement Project Update <br /> The consensus of the Council agreed to appoint Tim Houle, Mike Loven, <br /> Nancy Malecha, Dawn Bittner, and Council Members Swanson and <br /> Loukota to the Rasmussen Road Improvement Project Committee. <br /> Council Member Pederson requested a cost analysis from the Committee <br /> and how this project will be funded. Nancy Malecha explained that <br /> funding will likely come from the Highway 371 Fund since it is part of the <br /> Downtown SE Street Quadrant Project and preliminary discussions with <br /> the Councif were to borrow the money from the Highway 371 Fund and <br /> pay it back over a period of time. <br /> 9.4.A. Mainte�ance Facilcty Update <br /> Tim Houle presented the anticipated timeline for the Maintenance Facility <br /> Project. <br /> Council Member Pederson inquired if there will be a cost analysis <br /> provided prior to awarding the bid. Mr. Houle stated that the financial <br /> analysis provided a few months ago did incorporate the cost of the <br /> Maintenance Facility. Nancy Malecha further explained that the <br /> Maintenance Facility Project is part of the Capital Improvement Fund <br /> Budget for 2018 that was approved tonight. <br /> 9.4.B.
