MOTION <br /> CARRIED 5-0 <br /> 10.4. 2018 Emplovee WaAes <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER LOUKOTA MOVED TO APPROVE A STEP <br /> INCREASE (2.5%), BASED ON SUCCESSFUL PERFORMANCE <br /> REVIEWS, PLUS A 1% COLA INCREASE FOR NON-UNION <br /> EMPLOYEES IN 2018. COUNCIL MEMBER SWANSON SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 5-0 <br /> 10.5. 2018 Health Insurance Rates <br /> Nancy Malecha informed the Council that the premiums for the <br /> HealthPartners HSA Plan will increase by 6.87% in 2018 and provided a <br /> breakdown of the rates. <br /> 10.6. Call Special Meetinq for January 16tn <br /> Mayor Adams requested a Special City Council Meeting on January 16tn <br /> at 6:30 p.m. to discuss goals and project priorities for 2018 and beyond. <br /> Tyler Glynn from BLAEDC will facilitate this meeting and department <br /> heads and two representatives from the EDC, Park Commission, and <br /> Planning Commission will be requested to attend. <br /> Mark Jurchen requested the Council consider including the Housing and <br /> Redevelopment Authority in this meeting. The consensus of the Council <br /> agreed. <br /> MAYOR ADAMS MOVED TO CALL A SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL <br /> MEETING FOR JANUARY 16, 2018 AT 6:30 P.M. FOR THE PURPOSE <br /> OF PRIORITIZING PROJECTS FOR 2018 AND BEYOND. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5-0. <br />
