(garbage,junk, construction <br /> materials,brush/branches, furniture,tires,trailers and other debris that are in <br /> the open,not properly stored,and visible from the public right-of-way) <br /> c. 7-2.4. Public Nuisance Affecting Peace and Safety. (garbage,junk, <br /> construction materials,brush/branches, furniture,tires,trailers and other <br /> debris that are in the open,not properly stored, and visible from the public <br /> right-of-way) <br /> d. City Code, Chapter 17—Land Use and Subdivision Regulations: <br /> i. 7.4 Maintenance. (property is not maintained in a clean and <br /> accepta.ble manner) <br /> ii. 7.5 (1.A.) Exterior Storage. (garbage,junk, construction materials, <br /> brush/branches, furniture,tires,trailers and other debris are stored <br /> on lots that do not contain a principle or(authorized) accessory <br /> �-- structure). <br /> iii. 7.5 (1.B.)Exterior Stora.ge. (materials and equipment are not <br /> stored within a structure or fully screened) <br /> iv. 7.5 (1.D.)Exterior Storage. (abandoned motor vehicles in plain <br /> sight on the Property) <br /> v. 7.6 Visua.l Screening. (property has a strong negative visual <br /> impact and has received numerous and continuous complaints) <br /> vi. 7.7 (l.) Solid Waste. (solid waste has been allowed to accumulate <br /> into piles) <br /> 8. T'hat the recreational vehicle located on the Property is in violation of City Code <br /> Section 17-7.5 (1.A),which prohibits exterior stora.ge on lots that do not contain a <br /> principle or(authorized) accessory shucture, and(1.C),which requires that <br /> recreational vehicles must be stored at least 10 feet distance from any property line. <br /> 9. That the sheds located on the Property are in violation of City Code Section 17-5.1 <br /> (6.A),which requires the prior establishment of a principle structure on a property <br /> before any accessory structure may be installed on such property. <br /> � <br /> 2 <br />
