That the accumulation of such junk, construction materials, furniture, abandoned <br /> vehicles, and other debris,the presence of the sheds, and the location of the <br /> recreational vehicle on the premises of the Property is in such quantities and in such <br /> location as to unreasonably annoy, injure, or endanger the safety,health,morals, <br /> comfort, or repose of the public. <br /> 12. That the accumulation of such junk, construction materials, furniture, abandoned <br /> vehicles, and other debris,the presence of the sheds,and the location of the <br /> recreational vehicle on the prernises of the Property is in such quantities and in such <br /> location as to be indecent or offensive to the senses, and an obstruction of the free use <br /> of property, so as to interfere with the comforta.ble enjoyment of life or property of <br /> the public. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,the Pequot Lakes City Council makes the following: <br /> CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER <br /> � A. That the accumulation of junk, construction materials, furniture, abandoned vehicles,and <br /> other debris,the presence of the sheds, and the location of the recreational vehicle on the <br /> premises of the Property constitutes a public nuisance. <br /> And <br /> B. That the property owner shall have until 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 13,2017 to fully <br /> remedy the nuisance conditions and code violations existing on the Property, including <br /> completing the specific corrective actions listed on E�cliibit E attached hereta and <br /> incorporated herein by reference. <br /> And <br /> C. That if the property owner shall fail to remedy the nuisance conditions and code violations on <br /> or before the time specified in Paragraph B,the City staff and City Attorney sha11 take all <br /> appropriate actions and initiate any and all legal proceedings necessary to abate the nuisance <br /> and remedy the code violations, assess the costs of such abatement against the Properly, and <br /> if warranted in the discretion of the City Attorney, initiate criminal prosecution for each <br /> documented violation of the City Code. <br /> � <br /> 3 <br />
