The Temporary F.xpansion <br /> � License may be obtained for a period of one to four days, in <br /> connection with a social event sponsored by the licensee and within <br /> the boundaries of the City of Pequot Lakes. The license fee shall be <br /> established by resolution of the City Council. The Temporary <br /> Expansion License shall be subject to requirements set forth by <br /> Minnesota Statute 34oA and by the following requirements: <br /> (�). Application for a Tem orar�pansion of Premises License. <br /> The licensee shall provide the following information on <br /> forms provided by the City Clerk. <br /> a. The name and addresses of the on-sale license holder <br /> and if the holder is a company,the name and <br /> addresses of its owners, officers or partners. <br /> b. A specific description and diagram of the area in <br /> which the temporary expansion activity is to occur. <br /> This area must be compact and contiguous to the <br /> permanently licensed premises, and be surrounded by <br /> physical enclosure devices. The diagram should <br /> indicate how the area will be physically enclosed,and <br /> show the location of tables, chairs, food and beverage <br /> stations, and any other important features. <br /> � <br /> c. The purpose for which the temporary expansion is <br /> sought, and a description of the planned activities <br /> including projected attendance, entertainment <br /> including any amplified music,food and beverage <br /> service, security plans, parking, and hours of <br /> operation. <br /> d. Such other information as the City Council may deem <br /> necessary. <br /> (2). Sales and Consumption• No sales or consumption of <br /> alcoholic beverages shall be permitted beyond the Expanded <br /> Premises. <br /> (3). Police Protection. If required by the City Council,the <br /> applicant shall provide, at the applicant's expense, policing <br /> of the licensed premises by security personnel approved by <br /> the Police Chief. <br /> (4). Hours of Sale and Consumption. In addition to the <br /> provisions of this Chapter,the City Council may further <br /> � restrict the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages <br />
