The applicant shall require proof of legal age <br /> I <br /> to consume at the time of sale of an alcoholic beverage. i <br /> Furthermore,the City Council may require each person to <br /> whom a sale is made to wear a wrist band or an identification 'I <br /> stamp on the person's hand to identify that the person is of I <br /> legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. � <br /> (6). Proof of Insurance. The applicant shall file proof that ' <br /> liability insurance, at a minimum amount of$l,000,000 per I, <br /> occurrence; $2,000,00o annual aggregate, applies to the � <br /> Expanded Premises. <br /> (�). Amplified Music. All speakers used to amplify music, or any <br /> other activity, are to be set up at ground level. Any deviation <br /> from ground level amplification must have prior approval by <br /> the City Council as part of the application process. <br /> (8). Decibel Level. Outdoor events associated with the Expanded <br /> Premises shall not exceed a decibel level of sixty-five decibels <br /> at a distance of�oo feet from the event site. In the event the <br /> � maximum decibel level is exceeded,the Temporary <br /> Expansion License may be revoked and the licensee shall <br /> immediately discontinue the event. <br /> (9). Food Vendors. If food is served at the event and it is not <br /> prepared by the permanently licensed premises, all food <br /> vendors participating in the event must be properly licensed <br /> and abide by all Minnesota Department of Health <br /> regulations. <br /> (�o). Tents. If the event or a portion of the event will be held <br /> under a tent,the licensee shall provide plans showing the <br /> proposed location of the tent,tent layout, number and size of <br /> exits and fire prevention measures. The tent shall be in <br /> compliance with the International Fire Code and shall be <br /> subject to inspection by the Pequot Lakes Fire Department. <br /> (ii). Other Requirements. The City Council also may impose <br /> other requirements as it deems necessary to promote public <br /> safety. <br /> 5. Sunday On-Sale Intoxicatin�Lic�uor Licenses. Sunday on-sale into�ricating <br /> liquor licenses may be issued only to a restaurant, as defined in this <br /> `.� Chapter,club,bowling center, or hotel which has a seating capacity of at <br />
