� <br /> ����� �� � �� n����r <br /> A R C H I T E C T U R E + D E S I G N �==-J-��=� — --�--------- � --�-- <br /> Agreement between Client and Architect <br /> This ogreement is made August 20,2017 between <br /> The Client and The Architect <br /> SAS+Associates Studio North � Architecture+Design <br /> 219 West First Street,Duluth, MN 55802 5573 N Tischer Road, Duluth, MN 55804 <br /> 218.391.1335 218.481.2334 <br /> Project Summary <br /> This project consists of designing a new pavilion/warming house building within Pequot Lakes Trailside <br /> Park located in Pequot Lakes, MN.The proposed building is approximately 2,000 square feet and , <br /> includes multipurpose room,concessions,restrooms,changing raoms,storage,and associated spaces. <br /> The type of construction is assumed to be standard concrete masonry units and/or light wood frame <br /> supported on conventional concrete frost footings and slab-on-grade foundation system. <br /> Project Scope <br /> Architect's Responsibilities: <br /> 1. The Architect's services consist of those described in the attached Proposal for Architectural <br /> Services,dated August 17,2017.Surveying,site/civil engineering, mechanical,electrical, <br /> plumbing,fire protection,and structural engineering services are not included in this <br /> Agreement. <br /> 2. The Architect shall manage the Architect's services,consult with the Client, research <br /> applicable design criteria,attend project meetings,communicate with members of the <br /> project team,and report progress to the Client. <br /> 3. The Architect shall coordinate its services with those services provided by the Client and the <br /> Client's consultants.The Architect shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and <br /> completeness of services and information furnished by the Client and Client's consultants. '�, <br /> The Architect shall provide prompt written notice to the Client if the Architect becomes � <br /> aware of any error,omission or inconsistency in such services or information. ' <br /> Client's Responsibilities: ', <br /> 1. Provide full information about the objectives,schedule,and constraints of the project.The <br /> Architect may rely on the accuracy and completeness of information furnished by the Client. �� <br /> 2. Furnish information and decisions in a timely manner consistent with the project schedule. <br /> 3. Establish a budget with reasonable contingencies that meet project requirements. ' <br /> 4. Furnish consulting services not included in this contract and required for the project such as <br /> structural engineering,surveying,geotechnical engineering,and environmental testing. <br /> S. Provide Architect with access to the site as required to perform Architect's services. <br /> 6.
