� �� n��r A R C H I T E C T U R E + D E S I G N �==-J-��=� — --�--------- � --�-- Agreement between Client and Architect This ogreement is made August 20,2017 between The Client and The Architect SAS+Associates Studio North � Architecture+Design 219 West First Street,Duluth, MN 55802 5573 N Tischer Road, Duluth, MN 55804 218.391.1335 218.481.2334 Project Summary This project consists of designing a new pavilion/warming house building within Pequot Lakes Trailside Park located in Pequot Lakes, MN.The proposed building is approximately 2,000 square feet and , includes multipurpose room,concessions,restrooms,changing raoms,storage,and associated spaces. The type of construction is assumed to be standard concrete masonry units and/or light wood frame supported on conventional concrete frost footings and slab-on-grade foundation system. Project Scope Architect's Responsibilities: 1. The Architect's services consist of those described in the attached Proposal for Architectural Services,dated August 17,2017.Surveying,site/civil engineering, mechanical,electrical, plumbing,fire protection,and structural engineering services are not included in this Agreement. 2. The Architect shall manage the Architect's services,consult with the Client, research applicable design criteria,attend project meetings,communicate with members of the project team,and report progress to the Client. 3. The Architect shall coordinate its services with those services provided by the Client and the Client's consultants.The Architect shall be entitled to rely on the accuracy and completeness of services and information furnished by the Client and Client's consultants. '�, The Architect shall provide prompt written notice to the Client if the Architect becomes � aware of any error,omission or inconsistency in such services or information. ' Client's Responsibilities: ', 1. Provide full information about the objectives,schedule,and constraints of the project.The Architect may rely on the accuracy and completeness of information furnished by the Client. �� 2. Furnish information and decisions in a timely manner consistent with the project schedule. 3. Establish a budget with reasonable contingencies that meet project requirements. ' 4. Furnish consulting services not included in this contract and required for the project such as structural engineering,surveying,geotechnical engineering,and environmental testing. S. Provide Architect with access to the site as required to perform Architect's services. 6.
