Clerk's Staff Report <br />November, 2011 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Performance Reviews — Performance reviews have been completed. <br />Video Taping Council Meetings — The Camera has been installed. Training is <br />scheduled for December 7"'. I am in the process of scheduling playback times with Lakes <br />Area Collaborative. We are hoping to begin playback of Council meetings in January or <br />February. <br />Health Insurance Open Enrollment Meetings - Nancy Malecha scheduled open <br />enrollment health insurance meetings this month for all employees. <br />Video Streaming -.Attended a Webinar on video streaming. <br />Cash Receipting Webinar — Attended a webinar which was an overview of the cash <br />receipting module of our financial software. The webinar was hosted by Civic Systems. <br />Board and Commission Expirations — Sent letters to commissioners whose terms will <br />be expiring explaining the City policy. Board and Commission member are encouraged <br />to reapply if interested. <br />Cell Phone Policy — Received additional information from the IRS that affects the City's <br />`-- cell phone policy. <br />Clerk's Staff <br />• Reports from the Clerk's staff are attached <br />
