City of <br />Pequot <br />Lakes <br />Monthly Activity Report For <br />Office Assistant <br />NOVEMBER 2011 <br />As of February 7, 2011 work schedule was increased from part time to temporary full <br />time status. 32 hrs /wk in Clerks office plus 8 hrs /wk in Police Dept. <br />As of July 18, 2011 work scheduled changed - <br />30 hrs /wk in Clerks office plus 10 hrs /wk in Police Dept. <br />CLERKS OFFICE <br />- Tax Certification process — processed final list to assess to County. Transferred <br />balances off utility management accounts. <br />- Printed & folded 50 copies of Accident Report flyer for Sandy <br />- Vacation Nov. 4 —14 <br />- Converted Council, P & Z, Park Board minutes to PDF format. <br />- Calculated 2012 water sewer rates according to Ehlers rate study for the 2012 fee <br />schedule. <br />- Printed & mailed 74 dog license renewal notices. <br />- Processed (10 ) dog licenses <br />- Processed ( 2 ) Cole building and park reservations. <br />- Printed bi- weekly time sheets. <br />- Balance employee pop fund. <br />- Purchase pop & supplies. <br />- Handled phone calls /walk- ins /permits /septic information/misc to customers for <br />Planning & Zoning Admin while she was on vacation from Nov. 23`d to Dec. 2nd <br />- Change dates to 2012 on dog license applications, printed a supply to have on <br />hand. <br />SAFETY <br />- Created & distributed safety committee agenda and minutes. <br />MAINTENANCE <br />- Gathered water /sewer data for Maintenance Supervisor to report to Widseth, <br />Smith Nolting. <br />POLICE DEPARTMENT <br />- Registered with BCA for access to the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal <br />Apprehension Predatory Offender Registration System. <br />C /activity report <br />
