MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 6.2. Park Dedication for Nordenstua <br /> Dawn Bittner indicated that using the new Park Dedication Policy, staff is <br /> recommending a park dedication fee of$7,536.19 for the plat of <br /> Nordenstua on Sibley. Dawn Bittner distributed a letter from Scott <br /> Pederson, developer of the plat. The letter requested the Council to <br /> consider charging $500 per lot. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO REQUEST PARK <br /> DEDICATION FUNDS FOR NORDENSTUA PLAT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $7,536.19. COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH SECONDED THE <br /> MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 7. Fire Chief Report <br /> Report reviewed by Council. <br /> � 8. Water/Wastewater Monthlv Report <br /> Report reviewed by Council. <br /> 9. Police Chief Monthlv Report <br /> Report received by Council. <br /> 9.1. Animal Control Contract <br /> Janet Wedan presented the animal control contract with Hannahs for <br /> 2008. She noted that the contract includes the City of Jenkins and that <br /> Jenkins would be paying its share of the contract cost. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO APPROVE THE <br /> ANIMAL CONTROL ENFORCEMENT SERVICES WITH HANNAHS FOR <br /> 2008. COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 9.2. Resolution Amendinq Administrative Fines <br /> Janet Wedan presented a resolution which reflects the following changes <br /> to the administrative fine schedule: <br /> �� <br />
