COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> Excess Auto Coveraqe <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO AUTHORIZE PRIMARY <br /> COVERAGE ENDORSEMENT FOR PERSONAL VEHICLE� USED FOR <br /> CITY BUSINESS FOR ALL CITY EMPLOYEES, FIREFIGHTERS AND <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEMBERS WHILE DRIVING PERSONAL VEHICLES <br /> TO AND FROM WORK AND DURING CITY BUSINESS. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER SJOBLAD SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4- <br /> 0. <br /> 5.3. Rate Studv Presentation <br /> The final water and sewer rate study was presented to Council by <br /> Elizabeth Diaz of Ehlers. She noted that the final study incorporates City <br /> staff's and City engineer's estimates of future capital improvements for the <br /> water and sanitary sewer utility system through the year 2023. <br /> � COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO ACCEPT THE WATER AND <br /> SEWER RATE STUDY BY EHLERS AND ASSOCIATES DATED <br /> NOVEMBER 1, 2007. COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO ACCEPT THE 2008 <br /> WATER AND SEWER RATES AS STATED IN THE WATER AND <br /> SEWER RATE STUDY. COUNCIL MEMBER S�10BLAD SECONDED <br /> THE MOTION. MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> 6. PlanninA and Zoninq Report <br /> Report received by Council. <br /> 6.1. Park Dedication Policv <br /> Dawn Bittner noted that the Planning Commission has developed a policy <br /> regarding park dedication fees. She noted that the Planning Commission <br /> is recommending that the City Council adopt the policy. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO ADOPT THE POLICY <br /> FOR DETERMINING PARK DEDICATION LAND & FEE <br /> `-- � REQUIREMENTS AS RECOMMENDED BY THE PLANNING <br />
