ReQuest to Disband Business Park Committee <br /> Ed Larsen explained that it is the recommendation of the <br /> Economic Development Committee to disband the Business <br /> Park Committee. The Economic Development Committee <br /> felt it was important to streamline the development process <br /> and felt confident that the EDC could take over the role of <br /> the Business Park Committee. <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER SJOBLAD MOVED TO DISBAND <br /> THE INDUSTRIAL PARK COMMITTEE. COUNCIL <br /> MEMBER ORASKOVICH SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> � Council Member Ryan stated that he felt active members of <br /> the Business Park Committee were being pushed aside and <br /> felt that the Economic Development Committee may not be <br /> ready to take over the role of the Business Park Committee. <br /> He also noted that there was no immediate hurry to make <br /> the transition as there were only a couple of available lots <br /> remaining in the business park. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 3-1. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN <br /> OPPOSED. <br /> 5.2. Insurance Update — Mark Jurchen <br /> Mark Jurchen updated the Council on some issues regarding the City's <br /> renewal of Insurance. <br /> Bondinq Limit <br /> COUNCIL MEMBER ORASKOVICH MOVED TO SET THE BOND LIMIT <br /> AT $250,000. COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN SECONDED THE MOTION. <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-0. <br /> � Statutorv Liabilitv Limit <br />
