The question was asked <br />whether there would be enough capacity If there were an en extra 80 users in the <br />downtown and 30 users in industrial park. The question was asked whether the <br />WAC and SAC fees will cover the cost of an expansion. <br />Sheila Haverkamp stated that the City should treat th du Nb�e s an asset. Mayor Adams stated that the City needs a long range Capital <br />Improvement plan. <br />Patrick Smith stated that we need to find out what our capacity is and study trends so <br />we know how much capacity we will have in the future. Tina Nolden explained that <br />prior to expanding the sewer plant the City would need a facility use plan completed. <br />The EDC questioned why the plan has not been done at this point, especially since the <br />Council approved the plan to be done in a phased -in three -year timeframe.
