Discussion was held about the water and sewer capacity. The question was asked whether there would be enough capacity If there were an en extra 80 users in the downtown and 30 users in industrial park. Ed Larsen sugge d that the City needs a committee to begin looking at long term sewer and water needs. Mayor Adams stated that the City needs a long range Capital Improvement plan. Patrick Smith stated that we need to find out what our capacity is and study trends so we know how much capacity we will have in the future. Tina Nolden explained that prior to expanding the sewer plant the City would need a facility use plan completed. The EDC questioned why the plan has not been done at this point, especially since the Council approved the plan to be done in a phased -in three -year timeframe. The EDC
