Tommy stated that there is a lot of room for the City to <br />work with in e downtown area for development. Sewer and water capacity <br />needs to be considered when developing land in the downtown area. <br />Industrial Park: — Tommy explained the maps provided for the industrial park. <br />• An overview of the downtown as it exists today with 30 lots <br />• A map showing the potential to eventually grow to 61 lots. <br />• A map showing what is allowed by zoning — a potential of 105 lots <br />`.• Tommy Woog explained that the industrial park is built to handle the 105 lots. <br />
