Responsible for meeting record retention guidelines. <br /> 3. Regulatory <br /> A. Conduct Criminal History Checks as per BCA regulations. <br /> B. Serves as the TAC (Terminal Agency Coordinator) for the department. <br /> Responsible for assuring that the department complies with MNJIS and NCIC <br /> policies and procedures. <br /> C. Services as Administrator for SRS (Supplemental Reporting System). <br /> 4. Grant Writing <br /> A. Manage all aspects of the process to develop compelling proposals that comply <br /> with funding guidelines and align with organizational priorities. <br /> B. Generate proposals and supporting documents in response to grant solicitations <br /> through timely submissions of well-researched, well written and well- <br /> documented grant proposals. <br /> C. Maintains and implements funding calendar activities as well as follow-up <br /> reports as required by the funding source. <br /> D. Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts across the organization. <br /> 5. Other Duties <br /> A.
