MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br />4. Open Forum <br />No one appeared for open forum. <br />5. Presentations <br />There were no presentation. <br />6. Planninq and Zoninq Department Monthlv Report <br />Report received by Council. <br />6.1. Planninq Commission Report <br />Report received by Council. No Council action required. <br />6.2. Wilderness Resort — Request to Waive Fees <br />Dawn Bittner explained that Thomas Steffens is requesting a waiver of the <br />permit fees relating to the relocation of three cabins at Wilderness Resort. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER RYAN MOVED TO WAIVE THE PERMIT FEES. <br />COUNCIL MEMBER AKERSON SECONDED THE MOTION. MOTION <br />CARRIED 4-0. <br />Council Member Akerson questioned what uses are allowed in the <br />Industrial Park. Dawn Bittner stated that she would provide Council <br />Member Akerson with the information. <br />�. 12.1. Consider Amendments to Dog Ordinance <br />
