Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: Polly Gundy <br /> Applicant requests a permit extension. <br /> Applicant was not present and had not submitted a written application. <br /> A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Mark Hallan, to table this request. <br /> Discussion followed which determined there was no written application to be considered. <br /> Motion failed with one "aye"vote, five "nay"votes. <br /> Staff was directed to send a notice to Mrs. Gundy to submit a written application for the <br /> extension. <br /> Buck and Nornberg On-site Visits: <br /> The information contained in the Staff Report was for information purposes only. No <br /> ■ -- action required. The Commission did not have any questions. <br /> APPLICANT: Chris Greer <br /> Applicant requests extension of Land Use Permit. <br /> Staff explained Mr. Greer's request. <br /> A motion was made by Mark Hallan, seconded by John Derksen, to approve the permit <br /> extension, subject to the following condition: <br /> 1. Applicant shall pay the ten percent (10%)permit extension fee. <br /> Five members voted "aye", one voted "nay". Motion carried. <br /> HERITAGE PRESERVATION COMISSION: <br /> Bittner stated the handout was for information purposes. The Mayor would like a <br /> volunteer from the Commission for this.
