`-' Mr. Connor explained the narrative (a copy is attached to these minutes and made a part <br /> hereof). He stated that the primitive sites along the lake would be removed and become a <br /> beach area. The docks would be reduced with 2 centralized docks, slip number to <br /> increase by one. The Commission stated that the sites could not be sold or in a timeshare, <br /> remain as a resort with a single owner and be managed. The Commission agreed with the <br /> concept,but uncomfortable permitting more without a master plan. The 12 cabins can be <br /> moved in. The 3 existing old Wilderness cabins that are in disrepair, may be permitted <br /> and built new, but with same footprint. Removal and replacement of the trailer and the <br /> doublewide will not be permitted. The Commission needs to see a Master Plan and do a <br /> CUP. The decks were not included when computing square footage. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Dean Williams, to accept the October <br /> Minutes. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Bittner pointed out the correspondence and permits issued in October. <br /> Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: <br /> Cathi McBryde—The Commission instructed Staff to forward to Mr. Mallie's office for <br /> prosecution. <br /> Roger Langenbau—Staff was instructed to send him one more letter. <br /> A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Mark Hallan, to adjourn the meeting. <br /> All members voted"aye".
