`-' Mr. Connor explained the narrative (a copy is attached to these minutes and made a part
hereof). He stated that the primitive sites along the lake would be removed and become a
beach area. The docks would be reduced with 2 centralized docks, slip number to
increase by one. The Commission stated that the sites could not be sold or in a timeshare,
remain as a resort with a single owner and be managed. The Commission agreed with the
concept, but uncomfortable permitting more without a master plan. The 12 cabins can be
moved in. The 3 existing old Wilderness cabins that are in disrepair, may be permitted
and built new, but with same footprint. Removal and replacement of the trailer and the
doublewide will not be permitted. The Commission needs to see a Master Plan and do a
CUP. The decks were not included when computing square footage.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Dean Williams, to accept the October
Minutes. All members voted"aye". Motion carried.
PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT:
Bittner pointed out the correspondence and permits issued in October.
Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions:
Cathi McBryde—The Commission instructed Staff to forward to Mr. Mallie's office for
prosecution.
Roger Langenbau—Staff was instructed to send him one more letter.
A motion was made by Tom Adams, seconded by Mark Hallan, to adjourn the meeting.
All members voted"aye". Motion carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:32 p.m.
Respectfully submitted,
Dawn Bittner
Zoning Administrator
Planning Commission 5
November 18, 2004
