7 <br /> 14.Upon Permit issuance, a $2,500.00 Bond must be posted in the form of a <br /> check, cash or letter of credit (to insure completion of all conditions). <br /> The definition of foundation was discussed. It was determined that a full <br /> foundation would be preferred, but pillars and skirting would be allowed if <br /> designed by an engineer. <br /> The definition of Certified Home Inspector was discussed. It was determined that <br /> the inspection would be completed by a licensed building inspector and signed <br /> off by same. <br /> A motion was made by John Derksen, seconded by Marty Nelson, to amend the <br /> zoning ordinance to include Used Structure as a Conditional Use in the <br /> residential zones, subject to the above 14 conditions. All members voted "aye". <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: None. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: A motion was made by Bill Habein, seconded by <br /> John Derksen, to approve the minutes of the February meeting as read. All <br /> members voted "aye". Motion carried. <br /> ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: Mr. Marohn explained the 6 permits issued, <br /> along with the 8 letters. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: <br /> 1. Roger Langenbau: Staff will meet with Mr. Langenbau to formalize <br /> agreement in the next month. <br /> 2. DBA Wilderness Resort: Staff will meet with the owners next Tuesday, <br /> March 25, 2003, to visit the property. <br /> 3. Virgil Dahl: Waiting for septic design. <br /> 4. Brawley: Spring issue. <br /> 5. Walker Junk Yard: No change. <br /> 6. David Swenson: Spring issue. <br /> 7. George Lugar. <br /> 8. Larry and Nancy Greden. <br /> 9. Mike and Gilroy Arvig. <br /> 10.Greg and Kathy Karr. <br /> Numbers 7, 8 & 10 have all requested on-site meetings. Mr. Marohn would <br /> like 1 or 2 Commission members to attend with him. The meetings would be <br /> either a late Friday afternoon or an early Monday morning. Mr. Derksen <br /> would be available late afternoons, Mr. Habein would be available any day <br /> except Wednesday, and Mr. Nelson could also be available. Staff will <br /> coordinate these meetings. <br /> Arvigs have not responded to any of the letters they have received. The third <br /> letter was sent certified mail.
