The <br /> Planning Commission reviewed an ordinance amendment that would require a conditional use <br /> permit for any used homes being moved onto a property within the City. Type of Construction of building (i.e.: stick-built, manufactured, pole barn, etc.) <br /> e. Building must meet City Ordinances(i.e. minimum size 20 feet wide) <br /> f. Pictures of the structure; all four (4) sides,taken within the last 60 days <br /> g. Proposed foundation <br /> h. Proposed improvements/changes in addition to (b)above <br /> i. Type of exterior, and plans for any improvement <br /> j. Landscape design in diagram/map layout form <br /> k. Location and approximate size of nearest 5 homes(out to 1,000 feet max.) <br /> 1. Intended use of home (sale,personal use, or rental) <br /> m. Timeframe for completion <br /> n. Upon permit issuance, a$2,500.00 Bond must be posted in the form of a check, cash, or <br /> letter of credit(to insure completion of all conditions). <br /> This Ordinance amendment was also unanimously recommended by the Planning Commission. <br /> • <br /> Its adoption requires a 415th City Council vote. <br /> To date this year, the City has processed six applications with a total of$1,620 in fees collected. The <br /> City has accumulated $4,210 in Planning and Zoning administration services expense.
