1. The applicant shall provide sewage treatment system designs on all odd- <br /> ` numbered, one-acre lots. <br /> 2. Outlot B shall be moved directly south of the intersection of Pinekrist Court. <br /> 3. The right-of-way of North Branch Trail shall be redesigned to intersect Pinekrist <br /> Court at a perpendicular. <br /> 4. The applicant shall provide a road improvement plan acceptable to the City <br /> Engineer. Plan must indicate centerline grade and cross sections conforming to <br /> the City standards. <br /> 5. The applicant and Staff shall review the City's policy on street names to ensure <br /> conformance. Street names shall be changed if they do not conform to the <br /> requirements of the Ordinance. <br /> 6. Applicant shall provide all of the required concurrent documents prior to final plat <br /> approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> 7. The applicant shall complete the final platting process within 12 months or the <br /> preliminary plat approval will be voided. <br /> 8. The applicant shall provide approval granting Paul Bunyan Trail access. <br /> 9. There shall be no tree harvesting outside of the right-of-way. <br /> 10. The applicant shall prepare Forest Management Plan if right-of-way clearing <br /> exceeds more than 10 acres. <br /> All members voted "aye", with the exception of Barb Sjoblad, who voted "nay".
