1. Screening plant to be submitted to P & Z for approval. Screening is to be <br /> constructed prior to August 1, 2003. <br /> 2. Pole Building not to be used for habitation, or other than identified in CUP. <br /> 3. Current Compliance Inspection for septic system be submitted to the City. <br /> 4. CUP permit be reviewed in 3 years. <br /> 5. All State Licenses be current and on file with the City. <br /> 6. No accumulation of debris and rubbish on the property. <br /> All members voted "aye". Motion carried. <br /> There was a short recess. <br /> There were no additions or deletions to the Agenda. <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Joe Dotty, to accept the June Minutes as <br /> submitted. All members voted "aye". Motion carried. <br /> STAFF REPORTS: <br /> Mr. Marohn reported that there were 4 permits issued in the City in the past month. <br /> There also were copies of 8 letter included in his Staff Report. Mr. Marohn read a letter <br /> from the City of Jenkins in response to our offer of assistance. When asked about the <br /> Larry Greden letter, he advised that it was still unresolved. <br /> Mr. Slayton reported that the Township had issued 11 permits the previous month and <br /> included several letters. He explained the Luger letter and that it was still non- <br /> conforming. <br /> OPEN FORUM: (none requested) <br /> OLD BUSINESS: none. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: Discussion Points: <br /> 1. Rezoned large tracts that were Agriculture or Rural Residential to Residential <br /> — Mr. Marohn and Mr. Slayton to work on ordinance to address these zones. <br /> 2. Transient Vendors and Fireworks banners were discussed. The Commission <br /> agreed that new standards need to be in place for transient sales and that our <br /> Ordinance needs to protect resident merchants. <br />
