DBA Wilderness Resort: The owners of DBA Wilderness Resort have <br /> contacted the City to see if their conditional use permit could be modified <br /> to provide for non-sewered RV sites. We are working with them to <br /> schedule a hearing. We still have an agreement for the resort to remove <br /> the six trailers that in question by Labor Day. <br /> 3. Virgil Dahl: This matter has been turned over to the City Council. The <br /> City Attorney has made a recommendation for them to proceed. We are <br /> removing this violation from the list. <br /> 4. Susan and Timothy Brawley: The Brawleys have installed recycled <br /> asphalt pavement to their driveway as a mechanism to stop the erosion. <br /> We believe this will have the desired effect. If the Planning Commission <br /> concurs,we feel this violation has been resolved. <br /> 5. David Swenson: Based on a recommendation from the City Attorney, we <br /> had the Police Department deliver a violation letter to Mr. Swenson. Mr. <br /> Swenson then proceeded to remove some of the vehicles. Since there has <br /> now been progress, we are going to continue to try and work with Mr. <br /> Swenson to resolve this violation. <br /> 6. Larry and Nancy Greden: The Gredens have lowered their fence. We <br /> recommend that this violation has be considered resolved. <br /> 7. Gilroy Arvig: This matter has been turned over to the City Council. <br /> 8. Greg and Kathy Karr: We have received an initialized copy of the letter of <br /> understanding from the Karrs. This violation has been resolved. <br /> 9. Olgerts Vijums: We have not been able to do a compliance inspection of <br /> this property yet because a backhoe will be needed. <br /> 10. Curt Pestello: The sign ordinance will be discussed at the August Planning <br /> Commission meeting, and the Chamber has been invited to attend. <br /> 11. John E. MacGibbon: We have sent Mr. MacGibbon another letter <br /> requesting that he upgrade his sewage treatment system. We have not <br /> heard from Mr. MacGibbon. <br /> 12.
