13. Peter Perrine: Mr. Perrine has submitted a design for a new system; <br /> however it was incomplete and returned to him. <br /> 14. Linda Swenson: Ms. Swenson has indicated that her ISTS compliance <br /> inspection will occur in September, and we have verified that with her <br /> installer. <br /> 15. Barbara, Ruth and Susan Layman: We have not heard from the Layman's <br /> regarding a compliance inspection of their ISTS. We sent a fourth letter <br /> requesting they contact us to inform us of their specific plan. <br /> 16. Jeffrey Marcellus: Mr. Marcellus has contacted us regarding a compliance <br /> inspection of his ISTS. He has asked for an extension, and he indicated it <br /> will be done by August. Since we have not heard back from him about the <br /> inspection being completed,we have sent a letter requesting that <br /> information. <br /> 17. Thomas Rice: All the vehicles have been removed or stored. This <br /> violation has been resolved. <br /> 18. Cathi McBryde: We had given Ms. McBryde until August to remove the <br /> debris and abandoned vehicles from her property. In order to do this, she <br /> needs a compliance inspection. We have sent another letter inquiring <br /> about the status of both the abandoned vehicles and compliance <br /> inspection. <br /> 19. Chris Greer: The situation has not yet been resolved. We are hoping that <br /> Mr. Greer finishes his improvements soon so that he can be removed from <br /> this list. <br /> 20. Dean Visser: We have contacted Mr. Visser about a potential sign <br /> violation. This issue has been put on hold until the sign ordinance <br /> violation during the August Planning Commission meeting. <br /> 21. Douglas and Nancy Gutz: The Gutz's have cleaned the debris from their <br /> property. This violation has been resolved. <br /> 22. Robert Sabourin: Mr. Sabourin visited the Zoning Office and is concerned <br /> about financing a clean-up of the debris on his property. We are putting <br /> him in contact with Grant Walker. <br /> 23. Lance Schmidt: A complaint was made regarding Mr. Schmidt's exterior <br /> storage on his property. After investigating the situation, we have sent a <br /> letter, including photographs,requesting compliance of the ordinance by <br /> August 15.
