July 16 letter to Jim Brumes with his rezoning approval information. <br /> 4. July 16 letter to Merlin Carlson informing him of the rezoning approval. <br /> 5. July 28 letter to Lonesome Cottage Furniture Company with conditional <br /> use permit approval information. <br /> 6. July 29 letter to Leonard Nelson with his Certificate of Compliance. <br /> 7. July 31 letter to Polly Gundy informing her of her variance extension. <br /> 8. August 1 letter to Dan Gruszka with a copy of an ordinance amendment <br /> concerning used homes to be moved to the City. <br /> 9. August 5 letter to Charles Mackey requesting a modified drawing to <br /> accompany his permit application. <br /> 10. August 7 letter to Robert Hurst accompanying a refund of the escrow <br /> amount collected previously. <br /> 11. August 8 letter to Joni Tulenchik addressing the timeframe for completing <br /> a final plat. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. Roger Langenbau: We have not yet responded to Mr. Langenbau's <br /> request for some minor modifications to his agreement.
