Barbara, Ruth and Susan Layman: We have not heard from the Layman's <br /> regarding a compliance inspection of their ISTS. We have sent numerous <br /> letters to no avail. We have required compliance by October 6. <br /> 7. Cathi McBryde: We has a site visit with Ms. McBryde to review her <br /> property and indicate to her what debris needed to be removed in order for <br /> her property to be in compliance. McBryde indicated that she would <br /> contact us within a few days and indicate a timetable for removing the <br /> debris. <br /> 8. Dean Visser: We have contacted Mr. Visser about a potential sign <br /> violation. This issue has been put on hold until the sign ordinance issue <br /> has been resolved. <br /> 9. Lance Schmidt: The abandoned vehicle on the property and the trailer of <br /> debris have both been removed. There is still debris in the yard, and we <br /> are working with the property owner to get that resolved. <br /> 10. David Watt: We visited Mr. Watt this month to inspect the alarm <br /> installation and they let us know it is not done yet. The permit was issued <br /> in January 2002, so it has been nearly two years. We would like to give <br /> Mr. Watt another 30 days to get into compliance with his conditional use <br /> permit before the permit is suspended. <br /> 11. Gary Morrison: Mr. Morrison made modifications to his structure and the <br /> City's inspector, Dennis Slayton, has signed off on the installation of the <br /> sewer system. This item has been resolved. <br /> 12. Lakes Gas: The temporary building has been removed. This violation has <br /> been resolved. <br /> 13. Cy Fyhrlund: The tenants of the rental property have been evicted and the <br /> debris has now been cleaned up. This violation has been resolved. <br /> 14. Joseph and Deborah Hallbeck: There has been no response to our previous <br /> mailings, although some of the debris has been removed. We will contact <br /> them again to determine their timeframe from completing the cleanup. <br /> 15. Babinski— We had contacted Don Babinski last August after receiving a <br /> complaint that he had installed barbed wire fence around one of his <br /> November Staff Report Page 11 <br />
