October 15 letter to Earl Hemmerich clarifying zoning questions regarding <br /> the Pequot Terrace mobile home park. <br /> 2. October 15 letter to Hustad Homes clarifying the city's definition of a <br /> foundation in relation to manufactured homes. <br /> 3. October 21 letter to Kate Johnson requesting that portable signs be <br /> removed from the sidewalk in front of their business. The signs were <br /> removed. <br /> 4. October 28 memo from Tim Houle to Kevin McCormick regarding road <br /> section on Voyagers Pass. <br /> C. Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: The City Staff is currently working on <br /> the following potential violations/enforcement actions. We will report on these <br /> each month until they are resolved to the satisfaction of the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 1. David Swenson: There has been more progress on this site. Some of the <br /> vehicles have been moved, although there is much left to do on the site. <br /> We have invited Mr. Swenson to attend the November meeting. <br /> 2. Olgerts Vijums: We have re-inspected Mr. Vijum's sewer system and <br /> have confirmed that it is a cesspool. We sent Mr. Vijums a letter <br /> indicating such and requested that he give us a timetable for replacing the <br /> system. <br /> 3. Curt Pestello: This violation is still on hold pending our new sign <br /> ordinance. <br /> 4. John E. MacGibbon: We received a letter from Mr. MacGibbon. It <br /> appears they have no mechanism for resolving the situation within their <br /> November Staff Report Page 10 <br />
