apartments adjacent to the school property. We met with Mr. Babinski on
the site and let him know that he did not have a permit for a fence and that
the City could not permit a fence with barbed wire adjacent to the school
playground. We received a letter in early September from Mr. Babinski's
attorney, Charles Bans, indicating that they did not feel they needed a
permit and would not be removing the barbed wire portion of the fence.
Please review this letter, our response and the response from Mr. Bans. It
appears that Mr. Babinski is not going to voluntarily remove the barbed
wire portion of the fence.
16. Rudbeck—Roger Rudbeck requested an address assignment from the City.
On a previous matter, Mr. Rudbeck owed the City $3,010.60 for an after-
the fact building permit. We sent Mr. Rudbeck a letter indicating that he
owed the City this amount.
17. Carl Wilson—Mr. Wilson has completed most of the work and has
indicated to us that the rest of the debris will be removed soon. We will
continue working with Mr. Wilson to make sure this is done.
18. Larry Fyle—We have contacted Mr. Fyle about debris that is on his
property. The debris is from an existing home occupation. Mr. File has
indicated that the debris will be removed shortly and not allowed to
accumulate again.
19. Lee Holk—dog kennel, needs a permit and needs to show us where the lot
line is—flag it, if he has complaints on the neighbor put them in writing
November Staff Report Page 12
