The next topic discussed was the parking. The Commission decided that an <br /> Animal Hospital would fall under the classification of an Office Building. <br /> Ms. Teasck explained the parking specifications along with the number of <br /> employees. After some discussion F. Martinson asked for a motion to <br /> approve the parking lot plans. <br /> MOTION BY J. THOMPSON AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN <br /> THAT THE PLANS FOR THE PARKING LOT BE APPROVED. MOTION <br /> CARRIED UNINAMOUSLY. <br /> F. Martinson closed the Public Hearing at 7:04 p.m. <br /> BRUNES ROYCE DEVEPLOMENT <br /> After some discussion on how the infrastructure should be paid for, the <br /> Deputy City Clerk asked the Commission to temporarily table the issue until <br /> the City Clerk returned to the meeting as she had important information <br /> regarding this Development. <br /> CITY ORDINANCE FOR"SPECIFIC SERVICE SIGNS" <br /> A letter from Duane A. Blanck, Crow Wing County Highway Engineer was <br /> presented to the Commission. Mr. Blanck explained how area businesses <br /> apply for a three year permit to receive a"Specific Service Sign". The <br /> purpose of this letter was to ask the Commission if the County was in <br /> Compliance with the City's Ordinance. <br /> F. Martinson presented the Commission with a letter of response that would <br /> be sent along with a copy of the City's Ordinance. <br /> REDEVEOLPMENT GRANT APPLICATION <br /> The purpose of this Redevelopment Grant application is to redevelop old <br /> industrial, residential or commercial property. <br />
