ORDINANCE NO. 163, SECTION 14.53, SHORELAND <br /> ALTERATIONS <br /> Zoning Ordinance No. 163 does not include land alterations for land other <br /> than shoreland. The Planning Commission has been discussing this issue at <br /> each meeting since March 2000. <br /> A final draft of the ordinance was presented to the Commission. After some <br /> discussion and one correction a motion was made to approve the ordinance <br /> and present it to the City Council. <br /> MOTION BY G. WELU AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN THAT <br /> THE AMENDING OF ORDINANCE NO. 163, SECTION 14.53 BE <br /> APPROVED AND PRESENTED TO THE CITY COUNCIL. MOTION <br /> CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> EXTENSION OF BUILDING PERMIT 99-17 <br /> Mr. Richard Dittes of 200 N. Oak Street was requesting a one-year extension <br /> on his building permit. The original permit, number 99-17 expired on <br /> 08/10/2000. <br /> The Commission discussed the issue and granted the extension. Present in the <br /> audience was Mark Jurchen, a former Planning & Zoning member. Mr. <br /> Jurchen suggested if a resident asks for a second extension, they should <br /> reapply for a new permit. All Commission Members agreed. <br /> MOTION BY G. WELU AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN THAT <br /> BUILDING PERMIT NUMBER 99-17 BE GRANTED A ONE-YEAR <br /> EXTENTION EXPIRING ON 08/10/2001. MOTION CARRIED <br /> UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> FLEA MARKET <br /> The City Clerk asked the Planning Commission for their opinion regarding a <br /> Flea Market located at 107 Government Drive, "Grandma's Attic". <br />
