MOTION CARRIED <br /> UNANIMOUSLY. <br /> AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 163, DEFINITIONS: SECTION 1.22, <br /> CONDITIONAL USE <br /> The Ordinance reads as follows: <br /> A land use or development as defined by ordinance that would not be <br /> appropriate generally but may be allowed with appropriate restrictions as <br /> provided by official controls upon finding that certain conditions as detailed <br /> in the zoning ordinance exist, the use or development conforms to the Sibley <br /> Township/Pequot Lakes Land Use Plan. <br /> It was recommended that Sibley Township be omitted from this section. <br /> MOTION BY G. WELU AND SECONDED BY T. SACCOMAN THAT <br /> SIBLEY TOWNSHIP BE OMITTED FROM THE LAND USE PLAN. <br /> AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 163, SECTION 15.19, LANDSCAPING <br /> REQUIREMENTS <br /> Ordinance No. 163, Section 15.19, Landscaping Requirements for the Pequot <br /> Lakes Industrial Park was discussed at the meeting in July. The Commission <br /> decided to make this section more detailed. <br /> After reviewing the changes, T. Saccoman made one modification to the <br /> section. The Commission discussed the ordinance and decided to table the <br /> issue until Saccoman could review it further. <br /> F. Martinson closed the public hearing at 7:10 pm. <br />
