It was decided that the Flea Market was an "eye sore" and there was a lot of <br /> congestion when customers parked their vehicles. <br /> A decision was made to send the owner, Diane Cummings a letter regarding <br /> these issues. <br /> PETS & LIVESTOCK <br /> The city of Pequot Lakes does not have an ordinance regarding "Wild Pets" <br /> and Livestock. There have been several animal odor complaints coming from <br /> a property located on County Line Road. The owner of the property has a few <br /> horses and a llama. <br /> Sample ordinances were presented to the Commission for review and will be <br /> discussed at the next regular meeting. <br /> PARTNERS 56472 <br /> There was nothing to report. <br /> TAX INCREMENT FINANCING PROCESS <br /> F. Martinson explained the procedures for Tax Increment Financing. <br /> LETTER SENT TO ANTHONY KEEN <br /> A letter sent to Anthony Keen regarding the condition of his property was <br /> presented to the Commission. Cathy Malecha, Sibley Township's City Clerk <br /> sent the letter as Mr. Keen lives in Sibley Township. There was concern of <br /> where the City limits were regarding the property. <br /> JOHN LUECK/OASIS COMPLEX <br /> A rough draft was shown to the Commission regarding the Oasis Complex, <br /> which is owned by Mr. John Lueck.
