•
Mr. Wesp
32342 Evenson Road
`-- Pequot Lakes,Minnesota
I own 40 acres North of the parcel, there are many maple, oak, birch, huge assortment of wild life, doesn't
fit in with the locality.
Debbie Stettler
32499 Evenson Road
Pequot Lakes,Minnesota
We have cattle next door and we need to remain country. We do not need people complaining about the
odor from the cattle.
Jim Stettler
32499 Evenson Road
Pequot Lakes,Minnesota
We have 95 acres with cattle,we need to stay country.
Dorothy Marchwick
5894 Akerson Road
Pequot Lakes,Minnesota
Our 80 acres is zoned agriculture. Comprehensive Plan states to provide for growth in specific areas. I
recommend to keep land in appropriate zoning for the area which is agriculture.
Brian Evenson
32890 Evenson Road
Pequot Lakes,Minnesota
Family has owned this parcel at one time. Area involved is full of rocks and huge boulders. Retain the
area as it is.
Karl Moon made a motion to deny the request because the Comprehensive Plan states: One of the primary
goals of Sibley Township is to preserve Sibley Township's rural character, farmland, woods, streams, lakes
and open spaces by directing development to growth areas and limiting development in rural low growth
areas. Re-zoning appears to be a conflict with the goals of the Comprehensive Plan, also re-zoning to
residential would constitute spot-zoning.
Motion seconded by Barbara Sjoblad
All ayes,motion carried.
Hearings adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
Resp fully ubmitted, sL
Cathy echa,
Clerk ibley Township
