Due to the age of the plat the condition is causing alleged hardship unique to the property in <br /> question. <br /> 2. Due to the original plat the circumstances causing the alleged hardship were caused by <br /> someone other then the property owner. <br /> 3. The proposed use of the property is in harmony with the Sibley Township Land Use Plan and <br /> the Ordinances. <br /> 4.
