Discussion <br /> followed and the final decision was for#4 to state as follows: <br /> Ingress and Egress be via drive off of Hwy 107. Drive to be identified and signed for all delivery <br /> trucks for all delivery functions on the Whalen property. He would <br /> like to retain the trees along that stretch. County Road 107 and 371 intersection is already a bad corner for <br /> turning traffic. Mr.Nemitz would like the township to retain the 371 Corridor according to the <br /> Comprehensive Plan and Ordinances in place. <br /> Karl Moon made a motion to grant the conditional use with the following conditions: <br /> 1. Site plan show dimensioned existing vegetation line along Hwy 371 and Paul Bunyan Trail <br /> with respect to property lines and all existing buildings. <br /> 2. No cutting of existing vegetation to Paul Bunyan Trail and within the Hwy 371 Corridor as <br /> specified in Sibley Ordinance. <br /> 3. Building to be of earth color. <br /> 4. Ingress and Egress be via drive off of Hwy# 107. Drive be identified and signed for all <br /> delivery trucks for all delivery functions on the property. Drive Access constructed and <br /> signage in place prior to issuance of building permit. <br /> 5. Pole Building not be used for habitation,or other than identified in CUP. <br /> 6. All outside storage of materials associated with the CUP be screened from Hwy 371 and 107 <br /> and Paul Banyan Trail. Screening plan submitted to P&Z for approval prior to issuance of <br /> permit. Screening be constructed prior to June 1,2002. <br /> 7.
