A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Cheri Sells,to table this matter. All <br /> members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPLICANT: Spielman Repair Center. <br /> Applicant requests a variance to exceed the maximum allowable impervious coverage <br /> and a variance to encroach on the side setback with a driveway. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained his Staff Report. <br /> Mike Spielman, applicant, was present and had nothing to add to Mr. Marohn's report. <br /> A motion was made by Tom Woog, seconded by Karl Moon, to approve the variances <br /> with the following conditions to mitigate negative impacts: <br /> 1. The applicant shall install a bituminous curb along the east property line to <br /> prevent the direct flow of stormwater to the adjacent parcel. <br /> 2. The applicant shall not grade the area marked green-space so that it sheds <br /> water to adjacent parcels. <br /> All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: <br /> Chairperson Nagel stated he had a letter he would like read into the Minutes under New <br /> Business. <br /> Mr. Marolm stated he would like to delete 8 a. Ordinance/Zoning Map Updating and 9 a. <br /> Oasis Sign Concept Plan Review. He explained that he didn't feel he should invest a lot <br /> of the City's money into a task that may be re-done later. Mark Hallan requested zoning <br /> map updates be presented at the next meeting. <br /> MINUTES: <br /> The Minutes of the October meeting were approved as read. <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Mr. Marohn indicated the permits issued in November along with the correspondence. <br /> He explained the progress with the Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions: <br /> 1. Roger Langenbau: Discussion among Commission Members indicated there <br /> may be an additional violation, erosion and filling, north of the driveway. <br /> Pictures will be taken and discussed at the next meeting. <br />
