Mr.Hardy stated after being questioned about number of vehicles on site,there could possibly be 30- 50 units on the 7 V2 acres. Mark Hallen made a motion to grant the Conditional Use Permit listing the following conditions: 1. Display area and storage area shall be shown on the site plan. 2. The PC should specify a maximum number of display units,display units on hard surface-Class 5 or bituminous. 3. 100% screening of all store RV's for repair from all public roads 4. Hours of operation should be specific 5. No accumulation of debris and rubbish on property 6. Pole Building not be used for habitation or other than identified in CUP 7. Pumping records for Class V injection well be submitted to Sibley Township,within 10 days upon pumping. 8. Acquire MPCA and EPA permits for disposal of oils,antifreeze,solvents etc,toxic wastes. All permits be current and on file with Sibley Township. Recycle and management plan be on file with the Township. 9. CUP permit be reviewed in 3 years. 10. Permit be acquired from MnDot and ingress/egress be completed and approved prior to issuance of Sibley Township CUP 11. Any condition not adhered to will automatically null and void the CUP. 12. Handicap parking and building entry area be of bituminous surfacing or equal 13. All plans shall comply with Sibley Township Ordinance 14. Comply with all conditions of the Building Permit prior to issuance of CUP 15. All dealer licenses must be current and copy on file with the township. 16. All items of Ken Larson's letter from MnDot must be followed. Karl Moon seconded the motion, Joe Dotty abstained from voting, All other Commission members voted aye. APPLICANT-Michael Hoppe 6823 N.Sluetter Pequot Lakes,Minnesota 56472 Mr.Hoppe requesting a Conditional Use Permit to place a 35 ft travel trailer on his property. It was stated that this was an after the fact placement. Mr.Hoppe stated that this was not an after the fact placement. Mrs.Hoppe stated that she refused to pay the fine due to the fact that they came in to inquire about the placement of the trailer and because of the transition of the Township taking over of the zoning from Crow Wing County,they were told a permit was not necessary. Karl Moon made a motion to grant the Conditional Use Permit,motion seconded by Mark Hallen,all ayes,motion carried. A suggestion was made to add the Escrow Amount to the fee schedule. Mark Hallen made a motion to waive the after the fact fee due to the circumstances of transition from Crow Wing County to Sibley Township at the time of inquiry.Cheri Seils seconded the motion, all ayes,motion carried.
