Mr.Hardy stated after being questioned about number of vehicles on site,there could possibly be 30- <br /> 50 units on the 7 V2 acres. <br /> Mark Hallen made a motion to grant the Conditional Use Permit listing the following conditions: <br /> 1. Display area and storage area shall be shown on the site plan. <br /> 2. The PC should specify a maximum number of display units,display units on hard <br /> surface-Class 5 or bituminous. <br /> 3. 100% screening of all store RV's for repair from all public roads <br /> 4. Hours of operation should be specific <br /> 5. No accumulation of debris and rubbish on property <br /> 6. Pole Building not be used for habitation or other than identified in CUP <br /> 7. Pumping records for Class V injection well be submitted to Sibley Township,within 10 <br /> days upon pumping. <br /> 8. Acquire MPCA and EPA permits for disposal of oils,antifreeze,solvents etc,toxic <br /> wastes. All permits be current and on file with Sibley Township. Recycle and <br /> management plan be on file with the Township. <br /> 9. CUP permit be reviewed in 3 years. <br /> 10. Permit be acquired from MnDot and ingress/egress be completed and approved prior to <br /> issuance of Sibley Township CUP <br /> 11. Any condition not adhered to will automatically null and void the CUP. <br /> 12. Handicap parking and building entry area be of bituminous surfacing or equal <br /> 13. All plans shall comply with Sibley Township Ordinance <br /> 14. Comply with all conditions of the Building Permit prior to issuance of CUP <br /> 15. All dealer licenses must be current and copy on file with the township. <br /> 16. All items of Ken Larson's letter from MnDot must be followed. <br /> Karl Moon seconded the motion, <br /> Joe Dotty abstained from voting, All other Commission members voted aye. <br /> APPLICANT-Michael Hoppe <br /> 6823 N.Sluetter <br /> Pequot Lakes,Minnesota 56472 <br /> Mr.Hoppe requesting a Conditional Use Permit to place a 35 ft travel trailer on his property. <br /> It was stated that this was an after the fact placement. <br /> Mr.Hoppe stated that this was not an after the fact placement.
