APPLICANT: Joyce Mikesh, Voyager's Pass LLC. <br /> Applicant requests Final Plat of voyager's Pass. <br /> Applicant was present. Kevin McCormick of Landecker and Associates <br /> represented applicant. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained his Staff Report. He stated that the plat check and title <br /> opinion had not been received. These would need to be reviewed and approved <br /> by the City Attorney. <br /> Mr. McCormick explained that the plat check was completed, but not submitted to <br /> Staff. The title opinion had been ordered and will submit when received. Mr. <br /> McCormick stated that there had been a misunderstanding regarding the <br /> easement for Outlot G. He has spoken with the City Engineer who has <br /> requested a 24' roadbed. The utility easement could be included. <br /> The deed restrictions have been addressed. They have been amended and the <br /> incorrect ones were submitted. <br /> Mr. McCormick also stated that Outlot A will be a saleable lot and the developers <br /> have agreed to pay the Park Dedication Fee. <br /> A motion was made by Bill Habein, seconded by John Derksen, to recommend <br /> approval of the Final Plat pending City Attorney approval of the deed restriction <br /> and the title opinion, and the approval of the utility easement agreement beneath <br /> Outlot G. All members voted "aye". Motion carried. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO THE AGENDA: <br /> Delete: 7. b. and 7. c. : The two letters were not delivered. <br /> Add: 7. d.: Garage within setback and 7. e.: Future December meetings. <br /> OPEN FORUM: None. <br /> OLD BUSINESS: None. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Couture Metes and Bounds Subdivision. <br /> Patsy Ann Sunderland was in attendance representing David Couture. She <br /> explained that It Figures wishes to purchase the additional 30 feet from the <br /> Coutures in order to have sufficient space for off-street parking. <br />
