APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made by Bill Habein, seconded by Mark Hallan, to approve <br /> the Minutes as read. All members voted "aye". Motion carried. <br /> ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the July Permits and Correspondence. He also <br /> explained the Potential Violations/Enforcement Actions as follows: <br /> 1. DBA Wilderness Point Resort: They have applied for a <br /> Conditional Use Permit amendment, changing wording. <br /> 2. Virgil Dahl: This has been turned over to the City Council and <br /> will be removed from this list. <br /> 3. Susan and Timothy Brawley: They have installed recycled <br /> pavement to control erosion and will be removed from this list. <br /> 4. Larry and Nancy Greden: Fence has been lowered and will be <br /> removed from this list. <br /> 5. Gilroy Arvig: This matter has been forwarded to the City <br /> Council and will be removed from this list. <br /> 6. Greg and Kathy Karr: Executed letter of understanding has <br /> been received and this will be removed from this list. <br /> 7. Andris Spruds: New ISTS has been installed and will be <br /> removed from this list. <br /> 8. Thomas Rice: Vehicles have been screened or removed and <br /> will be removed from this list. <br /> 9. Douglas and Nancy Gutz: Debris has been removed and will be <br /> removed from this list. <br /> 10.Richard Anderson: Vehicles have been screened or removed <br /> and will be removed from this list. <br /> 11.Gary Morrison: New ISTS does not meet standards. Staff will <br /> continue dialogue attempts. Mr. Marohn to speak to City <br /> Attorney to see if some type of attachment could be made to the <br /> property indicating non-compliance. <br /> 12.Burt Lindbery: Has removed addition and will be removed from <br /> this list. <br /> OPEN FORUM: <br /> 1. Jim Kraemer, 5282 Cedar Scenic Road, Baxter, MN, was in attendance. He <br /> was representing who own a piece of property with multiple zoning <br /> classifications. It is located at the four corners of the intersection of County Road <br /> 17 and State Highway 371. The portion in questions was on the east side of the <br /> Highway, which was zoned Residential, Commercial and Industrial. The <br /> Industrial portion is close to the old dump. Mr. Kraemer suggested some type of <br /> office space for that portion. The Planning Commission indicated this area could <br /> be rezoned to Commercial. <br />
