Chad Connor, WSN, was in attendance representing applicant. Mr. Marohn explained <br /> the Staff Report, stating that CUP's are required for residential dwellings being moved <br /> into the City. Wilderness Resort is a commercial property and would be exempt from <br /> this requirement. They did have them inspected and found some deficiencies. The <br /> application can be withdrawn. <br /> Public Comment: <br /> John Johnson, lives on the resort, questioned the plans for the resort. Mr. Marohn stated <br /> they plan to take out 12 RV sites and replace them with cabins. <br /> Charles Boudrye, 6258 Inland Trails, questioned plans for the docks. Mr. Marohn stated <br /> they are not proposing any changes. They would need a modified CUP to change the <br /> number of slips. <br /> Paul Reichenbach, 27188 Sarah Lane, questioned whether the camping sites are included <br /> in the 48 slips. Mr. Marohn stated that the number of slips is determined by the number <br /> of units in the first tier. <br /> Mr. Connor stated the cabins are from Cold Spring Resort and average 600 sq. ft. <br /> Mr. Marohn stated that a motion is not needed,just a consensus to move on. Staff was <br /> directed to refund the application fee, less expenses. <br /> ADDITIONS OR DELETIONS TO AGENDA: <br /> 7. d. Metes and Bounds Subdivision, Polly Gundy. <br /> OPEN FORUM: None. <br /> NEW BUSINESS: <br /> Applicant: Little Pine Properties <br /> Applicant requests a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report. Mr. Williams suggested the driveway for Tract <br /> A be straightened out. <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Bill Habein, to approve the metes and <br /> bounds subdivision. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> Applicant: Thomas L. Steffens. <br />
