Applicant requests a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> Mr. Marohn explained the Staff Report, stating there were 4 conditions recommended. <br /> He would like to remove condition one. <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Tom Adams, to approve the metes and <br /> bounds subdivision with conditions 2 through 4. All members voted"aye". Motion <br /> carried. <br /> APPLICANT: Polly Gundy. <br /> Applicant requests a metes and bounds subdivision. <br /> Mr. Woog read the Findings of Fact from the August Staff Report, which recommended <br /> approval. Ten-foot contours are included on the new drawing. Access to Tract A was <br /> questioned. Access is over public right of way. The original split was already approved. <br /> This request is to move a boundary line. <br /> A motion was made by Karl Moon, seconded by Dean Williams, to approve the metes <br /> and bounds subdivision. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br /> A motion was made (could not understand who made the motion), seconded by Bill <br /> Habein, to approve the August Minutes. Mr. Adams stated there was a typo, but would <br /> talk to Dawn about it later. All members voted"aye". Motion carried. <br /> PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT: <br /> (Tape 3) There were no questions from the Planning Commission. Mr. Marohn <br /> explained the Darrell Lake shoreline violation. He had pictures on his laptop for the <br /> Commissioners to review. He stated that Alan Cibu7ar had been contacted and took <br /> flight pictures and issued a restoration order. This is the worst shoreline violation Mr. <br /> Marohn has seen. The Planning Commission discussed using these pictures in an <br /> educational way. Possible uses could be an article in the Echo with pictures and/or a <br /> mailing to all lake property owners within the City. Any potential fine should include <br /> dollars to use to pay for mailing of this letter. The fine should be made public <br /> knowledge. Staff was directed to contact Bryan Clapper at the Echo to write an article. <br /> It was suggested that equipment should be ceased when cease and desist orders are <br /> issued. <br />
